Rules for using the beadr marketplace

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials private.

If you create an account on behalf of a dealership, partner, or business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Sellers must provide truthful, current, and non-misleading information about vehicles, pricing, title status, condition, history, and documentation. Uploaded inspection reports or verification materials must relate to the listing they support.

By posting content on beadr, you grant us the rights reasonably required to host, display, review, watermark, moderate, and distribute that content within the service.

beadr verification features are designed to improve trust, but they do not replace independent buyer diligence, title checks, lien searches, or legal review. Buyers should still inspect vehicles, confirm identity, and verify documents before completing a purchase.

We may reject, delay, or remove verification badges if supporting documents are incomplete, inconsistent, altered, outdated, or otherwise unreliable.

You may not use beadr to post fraudulent, illegal, abusive, harassing, or misleading content, scrape or copy the service without permission, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or interfere with platform operations.

beadr provides a marketplace and related trust tools, but it is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller. Except where required by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beadr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of platform use, user conduct, or vehicle transactions.
